Shivaji Sengupta
With over 30 years of experience providing cutting-edge technology solutions globally, Shivaji Sengupta is a distinguished professor and visionary technology entrepreneur. Specializing in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Cybersecurity, Shivaji is at the forefront of technological innovation. He is a key figure in enhancing high-level discussions at major conferences between federal government and industry technology leaders on critical topics including AI, cybersecurity, supply chain, and smart cities.
On the AI front, the focus of Shivaji’s effort has been on three fronts; the first is about diverse applications of generative AI for mission critical applications (cybersecurity, automated customer service, workforce productivity, predictive modeling), the second being the ethical implications of generative AI that covers issues such as data privacy, the potential for misuse (including the generation of deepfakes or disinformation), biases embedded in AI models, and finally the third which is the biggest challenge of all which is managing data quality for AI that will mitigate the risk of AI hallucinations.
Shivaji serves as an Adjunct Professor of Cyber Security and Information Technology at prominent HBCUs, including Delaware State University, the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and Grambling State University. His influence extends to numerous advisory boards and committees focused on cybersecurity, computer science, and technology. Additionally, Shivaji is on the Board of Directors at Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA) International, a nonprofit 30,000 strong membership association serving the military, government, industry, and academia as a forum for advancing professional knowledge and relationships in the fields of communications, information technology, intelligence and global security.

Tonia Koch
Tonia has over two decades of program / project management experience with a unique combination of passion for security, project management, interdisciplinary team management, healthcare information and privacy management. Tonia has led Information Technology and Cybersecurity teams working as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager on large-scale software development projects for various federal government agencies. Provides complex system-level, program and project management support of multi-user systems, hardware and software including the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems. Uses detailed knowledge of customers, hardware, software and systems to augment knowledge and ability to coordinate and manage major IT programs to satisfy client expectations and objectives.
She also apply significant knowledge of industry trends to improve service to clients and easily recognize system and end user deficiencies and implement effective solutions. Expert in all phases of the Acquisition life cycle, software development life cycle (SDLC) including Agile Methodologies, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and Risk Management Framework (RMF). Well Versed with NIST 800 series, Health Information Management, Healthcare Risk Management, Project Management (PMP), OSHA for healthcare and HIPAA.
Tonia has two Masters Degrees from University of Michigan in Managed Healthcare and Medical Insurance Fraud

Terry Bura
Terry Bura is an experienced and skilled Business Development, Writer, Proposal / Project Manager and Senior Systems Analyst with over 40 years of experience in an Information Technology environment. Skilled in directing and managing major technical/SI projects (including software development, client-server applications and assessments) and communications projects. Software/hardware Configuration Management experience in surveillance and command and control systems. Has performed Field Surveys in the US, Canada and Africa in support of government IT objectives and designs.
Over 20 years concurrent experience in military and civilian air traffic management and operations and airports, including aviation systems, en-route systems, airport systems, NAVAIDS and other surveillance systems. Specifically, has researched, written and produced briefings and reports for USAF, FAA, MOT (Canada), Department of State, and other military and civil departments. Performed feasibility, cost benefit, business requirement and risk evaluation studies of systems with respect to operations, security and functionality, management and remediation and performed contingency planning, system conversion and implementation. Specific experience with new technology including air navigation, biometric and intrusion surveillance, security and detection systems. Software/hardware configuration management experience in surveillance and command and control systems.
